Newly built villa, located on the heights of Réauville on the edge of the village, charming village of Drôme Provençale, 5 minutes from Grignan. The villa follows the shape of the sloping ground, facing south, the house enjoys a magnificent panoramic view of the Drôme Provençale with Mont Ventoux, the Château de Grignan, the Tour de Chamaret... The living room is glazed on 2 sides with bay windows to enjoy the magnificent view. In the living room, the very well equipped kitchen.
