The highlights of the exterior are the spacious outdoor terrace and a fully furnished garden, which provide a spectacular, serene setting to enjoy slow morning coffees or sunset barbecues in the fresh Corrèze air. The bright, single-level layout features underfloor heating and smoothly accommodates up to 4 guests. The heart of the home is a grand living and dining zone centred around a decorative fireplace, cozy seating, and a large Smart TV. Cooking is a delight in the open-concept kitchen, comprehensively equipped with a cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and dual coffee systems (traditional and espresso). The home holds two restful double bedrooms—one of which is a luxury master suite with an integrated bathtub and a modern walk-in shower—plus a second separate bathroom. A treasure trove of historical and aquatic adventures waits just outside your door, starting with the breathtaking ruins of the nearby 11th-century Château de Comborn dominating the loops of the Vézère River.
