This house, located in Marseillan, is ideal for 4 vacationers. It offers 2 bedrooms, a shared pool from 01 June to 15 September, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a TV and WiFi.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 4 or outside, in the garden or on the terrace.
The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 including a double bed The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub. A separate toilet is available
The house features a washing machine, cleaning products, a fan, ironing equipment and a vacuum cleaner.
Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 50 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 20 euros to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 30 euros to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 1.33 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 20€ per pet per stay. Parties are not allowed.
