Four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, guarantee individual comfort and privacy. The bedrooms on the ground floor each have en-suite bathrooms with bidet and private toilets, while the bedrooms on the upper floor have directly accessible, separate bathrooms as well as a shared shower and toilet. The centrepiece is the spacious living room with open beams, a traditional fireplace and ultra-fast internet access for entertainment and information. Adjacent you will find a bright, inviting dining area and a fully equipped, spacious kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. New, from summer 2025, guests with electric cars will have a private charging facility for a fee.

The outdoor area enchants with two spacious terraces, the pool deck and a flowering garden. The pergola-covered west-facing terrace and the outdoor lighting create magical evening moods.
