House for 6-8 people with sea and garden views. Spacious house with sea view and 3000 m² garden planted with trees and flowers, located in a quiet hamlet between the villages of Locquénolé and Carantec. The house overlooks the Bay of Morlaix and benefits from panoramic views over the Bay of Morlaix (Chateau du Taureau, Ile Ouet, Pointe de Pen Al Lann). The house has a large south-facing terrace. The 130m² ground floor comprises a hallway leading to 3 double bedrooms with garden views and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a bath directly accessible from a bedroom. The hall opens onto a fitted kitchen and a spacious lounge/dining room with fireplace and large bay window with sea views. The first floor (20 m²) has a flat-screen TV/DVD area and a library with a sofa that converts into a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, espresso machine, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The sunny 40m² south-facing terrace overlooks the garden. It is accessed from the living room via large picture windows. The terrace has garden furniture with parasol and 2 deckchairs.
