We reserve the right to refuse to heat the swimming pool at any time prior to arrival if we consider that the weather conditions do not allow it. All cancellations must be requested at least 15 days prior to arrival, failing which the service will be payable in full. Any last-minute request (less than 7 days before arrival) will incur an additional charge of fifty euros for unforeseen travel by the professional. Please contact us for further information. Reception and handover times : Monday to Friday between 3pm and 6pm maximum. Saturdays (July - August) between 4pm and 6pm maximum. Sundays and public holidays (except Saturdays): independent arrival from 3pm (key box, details given after booking). If you wish to arrive outside these times, please enquire before booking.
