Detached small holiday villa in an elevated position with magnificent views sometimes as far as the sea, the village centre, the surrounding mountain landscape, pine forests and vineyards.

Upscale furnishings with many lovely details. The property is regularly refurbished so that there are few signs of wear. Basic cleaning and care products are also available. The house has 2 floors. On the upper floor is the entrance, which leads into the living-dining room. The kitchen is also on the 2nd floor. Here you can also access the upper terrace via two patio doors from the living room. The air conditioning, newly installed in 2019, is for all living/bedrooms! In the basement (ground floor) are the two bedrooms between which there is a shower room and a separate WC. Pine forests, the Esterell Mountains and wonderful hiking trails invite you to go cycling and hiking, the neighbourhood "La Bouverie" in which the house is located is very well maintained. In the immediate vicinity of many wineries. The coast is approx. 15 km away (approx. 15 min drive) in Frejus/St. Raphael with all its shopping facilities, restaurants, leisure and water sports facilities.
