With room for 10 guests, the property includes three bathrooms and three toilets, ensuring plenty of privacy. The main house sleeps 8 in two double bedrooms and a large bedroom for four, while the garden guesthouse, La Clapière, offers space for 2 more with its own en-suite bathroom. The farmhouse features a large kitchen and dining area opening onto a private garden with stunning valley views. Upstairs, a generous 70 m² living room with wood stove, fireplace, and grand piano creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for evenings together. Guests can also enjoy the shared swimming pool, spacious terrace, and the estate's tranquil grounds for walking and relaxing. Located near Les Eyzies-de-Tayac-Sireuil, the "World Capital of Prehistory," the area offers prehistoric caves, museums, and the scenic Vézère Valley. Tips from owner:
On Tuesday and Saturday there is a market in Le Bugue (11 km), there is a very good fresh fish stall. Sarlat (30 km) is a very beautiful town and has on Saturday market in the old town. In the summer season there are nocturne's in many villages ' marche ' where you can eat something on long tables, sometimes with stalls selling local produce. Caves, castles, canoeing etc. There are too many to mention at the local tourist office will get good explanations and there is something for everyone. Restaurant: Auberge Jolie (near), traditional cuisine. Restaurant: Le Chateau (campaign, 6 km), good quality Restaurant: Chateaubriand (Les Eyzies, 8 km), very good lunch menu for approx. EURO 12.50
