This charming stone Mas near Les Vans Centre offers a peaceful escape for up to 7 guests, surrounded by rich biodiversity and heritage trails perfect for hiking and cycling. The home blends rustic charm with modern comfort, featuring a master suite, a cozy mezzanine with a double bed, and a small adjoining bedroom ideal for a child. With TV, internet, and a well-equipped kitchen, it's designed for relaxed family or group holidays. Outdoors, enjoy a private swimming pool accessed via an external staircase, a sun-drenched terrace with loungers, and a barbecue for alfresco dining. Please note the pool is not accessible in the evening to respect village tranquility, and the mezzanine is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Essentials like supermarkets and restaurants are just a short drive away in Les Vans. For local flavor, explore the town's 16th-century façades, summer markets, and eateries like La Récré, Don Camillo, and Côté Jardin. Nearby attractions include the Bois de Païolive, Grotte Chauvet 2, and Gorges du Chassezac for canoeing, climbing, and scenic picnics. This Mas is a tranquil base for discovering Ardèche's natural and cultural treasures.

Beautiful relaxing stay with TV and internet. 4 bedrooms including a master suite with its shower room.Pool area with terrace, deckchairs, barbecue.End of stay cleaning included and beds made on arrival.Small hamlet with character, the charm of the past of old Mas with modern comfort. and its relaxation area for your evenings and afternoons with family or friends. Size of the swimming pool: 5.5 X 3.5 and 1.40 m deep. Note that the swimming pool area is accessible by an outside staircase on the back of the the house not in continuity with the living room. For reasons of tranquility, access to the swimming pool is with hours to be respected in the evening, in particular to avoid resonances of cries and swimming or evenings which could cause inconvenience for theneighbors of the village.
