With TV, internet, and a well-equipped kitchen, it's designed for relaxed family or group holidays. Outdoors, enjoy a private swimming pool accessed via an external staircase, a sun-drenched terrace with loungers, and a barbecue for alfresco dining. Please note the pool is not accessible in the evening to respect village tranquility, and the mezzanine is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Essentials like supermarkets and restaurants are just a short drive away in Les Vans. For local flavor, explore the town's 16th-century façades, summer markets, and eateries like La Récré, Don Camillo, and Côté Jardin. Nearby attractions include the Bois de Païolive, Grotte Chauvet 2, and Gorges du Chassezac for canoeing, climbing, and scenic picnics. Size of the swimming pool: 5.5 X 3.5 and 1.40 m deep. Note that the swimming pool area is accessible by an outside staircase on the back of the the house not in continuity with the living room. For reasons of tranquility, access to the swimming pool is with hours to be respected in the evening, in particular to avoid resonances of cries and swimming or evenings which could cause inconvenience for theneighbors of the village. (after 10:30 p.m. please remain discreet outside)

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
