Description
Authentic Provencal house by the sea Between the sea and the hills, the mas is a ten-minute walk from the beaches and creeks of our area and 100 metres from the entrance to the Port-Cros National Park. Just 8 kilometres from Toulon and 14 from Hyères, the tourist resort of Le Pradet has preserved the authentic charm of southern villages. Here, between wild wooded massifs and heavenly beaches, unspoilt nature celebrates the daily marriage of the colours of Provence: the blues of the sky and sea; the gold of the sun, sand and rocks; the emerald of the vineyards and forests. We're on the wild coast of the Côte d'Azur The commune of Le Pradet boasts 230 hectares of natural areas.
The Mas de la Gavaresse, a former 18th-century winegrower's farmhouse, offers a total of 220 m² of interior space, with three self-catering units offering large families, friends or businesses the opportunity to spend time together while preserving their privacy in a private flat. You'll have three adjoining gîtes, each with at least two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a terrace. There are organised passageways between each of them, so you can meet up at your leisure on the large terrace provided for everyone, or in the living room of the largest of the three, which includes the kitchen. Here, everything has been designed to ensure that you enjoy a relaxing stay, each at their own pace, full of human warmth; a little get-together in one lounge or another, memorable naps in the bedrooms or hammocks, meals together or on your own.
A large 2000 m² garden planted with Mediterranean species is equipped with sun loungers, hammocks and other deckchairs, various terraces and an unusual barbecue. Parking for 3 to 4 vehicles is provided inside the property.
A large two-thousand-square-metre terraced garden planted with Mediterranean trees such as arbutus, Provence cane, lavender, olive and fruit trees is entirely at your disposal. A barbecue area, solarium, hammock and other equipped areas will enable you to enjoy the place to the full. For obvious reasons of safety and tranquillity, the Mas de la Gavaresse does not wish to offer a swimming pool, especially as access to one of the largest in the world, the Mediterranean Sea, which is much healthier, vast and entertaining, is a ten-minute walk away (timed! ).
Exploring the national park, of which we are a part, including this marvellous coastline, will delight the contemplative, the nautical club and forest tracks will delight the more sporty and the less active will enjoy the impressive peace and quiet of the area. Nearby and within easy walking distance, you'll find a nautical club, a diving club, windsurf, stand-up paddle and dinghy hire, etc. Possibility of courses or private lessons. You'll also find bakeries, grocery shops, pharmacies, restaurants and cafés along the beaches. Numerous markets, places to visit, festivals and, of course, nature.
