Description

The holiday home is located in the small village of Le Mesnil d'Ozenne with views of Mont Saint Michel, in a quiet, rural location. It is a semi-detached house in a completely renovated stone house dating from 1830. The second semi-detached house is also rented out to holidaymakers, with whom the guests share the garden. There is also a small house on the property that the owners use as a holiday home. Outside, you can enjoy the very large communal garden (5000 m² plot), beautifully laid out with sun loungers, and the private terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and electric griddle. You can park your car in a private parking space at the house or in the large courtyard behind the house. The holiday home sleeps two people on two floors and is approximately 65 m². It is lovingly decorated in a modern country house style. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and bright living room with a large sofa, a television, a DVD player overlooking the south-facing terrace, and a kitchen. It is fully equipped with a gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee machine, as well as a washing machine. From the living room, a staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed overlooking the garden, a library with books and magazines, a separate WC and a bathroom with shower. There are radiators in all rooms and the house has gas central heating. Wireless internet is also available. The house overlooking Mont Saint Michel is ideal for a relaxing, peaceful holiday and the perfect base for exploring Brittany and Normandy. Tourist attractions and sites (Mont Saint Michel, St Malo, Dinard, the city of Caen, etc.) are all within a radius of around 25 to 50 km. The nearest beaches are just 25 km away and the nearest swimming pool is around 10 km away. Hiking trails pass directly in front of the house. The nearest shops, cafés and restaurants are around 7 km away. A travel cot and high chair can be provided if required. Cleaning products are provided.
