The L'Imperial 3 apartment is a comfortable accommodation featuring a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, as well as a living room offering breathtaking views of the Vieux Phare, the Canal, and the sea. A fully equipped kitchenette completes the space. A bathroom with a non-separate toilet completes the apartment's amenities. This apartment comes with a reserved parking space for all reservations made from March to November. Outside of this period, parking is free throughout the town of Grau du Roi. The apartment is equipped with a TV, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. All this is private, private, and close to shops and the beach. You will have all the necessary amenities for your comfort: washing machine, Coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals. The living area is pleasant, bathed in light, with a sofa bed, a TV, and air conditioning. You can enjoy the peace and quiet in the warm, minimalist bedroom.
