Pets are allowed on request for an additional fee of EURO30. A pre-recorded deposit of EURO400 with a EURO7.94 registration fee is required. The apartment is conveniently located near several beautiful beaches, including La Plagette (300 meters), La Plage de l'Espiguette (1.5 km), and kite surfing spots at Plage Nord (2.5 km) and Plage Sud (3 km). Guests can explore the nearby fishing port (700 meters), watch trawlers return, and enjoy the local market scene. The 1st marina in Europe is also close by, along with the UCPA Sailing School.
