These two charming adjoining holiday flats in Le Bez am L'Agout can accommodate 6 to 8 people and are located directly by the river and on the edge of the forest, ideal for nature lovers. The accommodation is located in the outbuilding of a historic watermill that runs on renewable energy and is characterised by its environmentally friendly facilities. The flats have a total of two bedrooms on the mezzanine and two bathrooms on the ground floor (shower with separate WC). A large shared terrace invites you to relax in the open air. On the ground floor, the two sofa beds can be pulled out to form a comfortable double bed (160x200), meaning that there are 5 sleeping options on each side. Ideal for 2 couples or 2 families who would like to enjoy a holiday together but don't want to compromise on privacy. For guests travelling with a pet, pets are allowed, making the flat an ideal holiday destination for pet owners. In addition, there is a free charging facility for electric cars, which is particularly convenient for visitors travelling with an electric vehicle. The flats have direct access to the river and are about 800 metres from a small reservoir. In summer, you can swim in the river in front of the flats, just 15 metres away, making the accommodation ideal for guests who appreciate being close to the water. Don't worry: there are no annoying mosquitoes here! Two fans ensure a pleasant indoor climate in summer - that's all you need. The river regulates the temperature of our valley, so we are well protected from the excessive summer heat. The nights are pleasantly cool, the days very warm, and the river in front of it provides swimming fun for everyone. Shopping facilities are available in Brassac (7km), or for larger purchases at the entrance to Castres (20 minutes). Many tourist attractions in the surrounding area (Castres, Lautrec, Albi, Gaillac, Cordes-sur-Ciel, Carcassonne...), hiking possibilities from the mill.
