The 100 m² LA LICORNE MARINE house is located in Lacanau-Océan, allée de la Baïne, just behind the ocean dune on the north beach, 3 minutes' walk from the sea. The house is fully equipped for 6/8 people. The garden is completely enclosed. Dogs are welcome. The house has been renovated and is clean; it is in a quiet cul-de-sac with no noise from cars, motorbikes, lorries, pedestrians or groups of young people. Lacanau freshwater lake is 5 km away: 7 min by car or 20 min by bike along the cycle path. You will enjoy two quiet, enclosed gardens facing east and south-west. The allée de la Baïne is a private cul-de-sac, so there's no traffic or other nuisance at night. You'll be able to hear the ocean waves from the garden. The east-west aspect means you can enjoy the sun all day on the 2 terraces. The house is very bright. There's a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen. The living room has a dining table for 8 people. Two bathrooms: one with a shower and the other with a bath; two WCs. The 3 bedrooms are separated from the living area and open onto the garden.
