Living room with double sofa bed, dining area, TV area, fully-equipped kitchen (new in April 2019): pyrolysis oven, dishwasher, electric hob, microwave, toaster.... Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower and washing machine. Separate toilet. Terrace with garden furniture and large awning. Fitted veranda. Children's swimming pool and paddling pool in the heart of the estate (80 m from the rental property) open to residents from 01 June to 30 September, 7 days a week. Rental located on the 1st floor accessible by 1 external staircase (22 steps). Very pleasant surroundings: GASSIN, GRIMAUD, RAMATUELLE, SAINT TROPEZ...... located within a radius of 3 to 15 km. The large sandy beach at CAVALAIRE (known as the "landing beach") is 3 km long and is a 10-minute drive from the rental property; shuttle bus service available from the centre of LA CROIX VALMER from June to September. GIGARO beaches 3 km away, also accessible by shuttle bus from the centre of LA CROIX VALMER from June to September. Numerous walks from the Domaine and from GIGARO (Cap Lardier, etc.). Minimum stay 3 nights except July-August: minimum stay 5 nights.
