The gîte de la Chapelle is located between meadows and forests on a peaceful hill in the pretty little village of COLLONGE, 71700 LA CHAPELLE-SOUS-BRANCION, in the Tournus/Cluny/Chalon-Sur-Saône triangle. If you're a keen hiker, you can set off directly from the gîte along the many small forest paths, including the famous GR76 (Chemin des Moines), or follow the meadow paths (walking guide provided). And for those who enjoy sightseeing, there are plenty of places to visit: your first stop is the medieval village of Brancion with its castle. Then you can visit Cluny, Tournus, Saint-Gengoux-Le-National, Chalon-Sur-Saône, etc... not forgetting the Burgundy Wine Route. Detached single-storey house comprising : - a large living room with open-plan, well-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, etc.), - 2 bedrooms, each with a 140 m wide bed (for 2 people), - bathroom with shower, bath and double washbasin, - separate WC, - storage room.
