In the heart of the Drome Provençale, in a magnificent setting, we welcome you to our brand new gite, La Martinelle, located in a farmhouse not overlooked by the owners. The gite has its own private heated swimming pool. Shaded parking space and garden in the middle of 6 hectares of meadows surrounded by mountains.
At the entrance to the gite is a large terrace a few metres from the swimming pool for outdoor meals and barbecues or plancha.a fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, open plan living room, sofa bed, followed by a WC, 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in each. 1 bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed, shower and single washbasin - 1 bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, shower and double washbasin - Household linen provided: bath towel, hand towel, sheet, fitted sheet, dish towel.
For lovers of walking, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, superb trails and paths await you near the gite.you will find all shops 2 minutes by car or 10-15 minutes walk through the small medieval village of chateau neuf de Mazenc.If you are looking for an escape with your horse, the gite can accommodate riders and their horses.a saddlery, grooming area, paddocks with quality hay are at your disposal for the reception and accommodation of your horse.numerous walks and hikes are close to the gite and will help you discover the beauty of the Drome countryside.
