This charming 28m² apartment is located within a delightful residence (Les Parcs de Grimaud) nestled amidst a 16-hectare flower-filled estate. The residence boasts a peaceful Provençal atmosphere and offers easy access to the beach (less than 500 meters away) and the vibrant town of Saint-Tropez (10km away). Guests can enjoy free access to the residence's outdoor swimming pool, with varying hours depending on the season (open from April to October). Pets may be allowed for an additional fee (check with the residence). The apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor and features a living room with two sofa beds (one with a pull-out bed, pouvant accueillir un maximum de 3 lits which can accommodate up to 3 guests), a kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and a terrace. Free outdoor parking is available on-site (subject to availability). While bed linens are included, towels and end-of-stay cleaning require an extra charge. Wi-Fi access is also available for an additional fee.
