This tastefully renovated gîte, nestled in the heart of the Margeride region, is ideal for nature lovers. This charming and modernly restored former barn offers independent accommodation with a private outdoor area (garden furniture, plancha). It can accommodate up to seven guests with a sofa bed for one person on the ground floor, a master bedroom with a 160/200 bed upstairs, and a family bedroom with a 140/190 bed and a 90/200 bed. Enjoy the tranquility of this location, where sheep and lambs roam freely, providing entertainment for both children and adults. A shared swimming pool is located 30km away. The gîte features a large living room with a kitchen area, a separate toilet, and a laundry room on the ground floor. Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom, the family bedroom, and a bathroom with a toilet. Underfloor heating (electric) is available on both levels. Electricity (up to 40 kWh/day), bed linen (beds made upon arrival), and towels are included. Electricity consumption exceeding 40 kWh/day and the end-of-stay cleaning service (70EURO) are not included. Private parking is available, and a security deposit of 500EURO is required.
