In the heart of the Margeride, this tastefully renovated gîte is ideal for nature lovers. This former barn, renovated with charm and modernity, offers an independent space with an adjoining private outdoor area (garden furniture, plancha). It can sleep up to seven people, with a single sofa bed on the ground floor, a master bedroom with a 160/200 bed upstairs and a family bedroom with a 140/190 bed and a 90/200 bed. This gîte offers a peaceful setting where sheep and lambs frolic to the delight of all. A shared swimming pool is 30 km away. On the ground floor, you'll find a large living room with kitchenette, separate WC and utility room. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom, a family bedroom and a shower room with WC. Underfloor heating (electric) is available on both levels. Electricity (up to 40 kWh/day), bed linen, towels and household linen are included. Electricity above 40 kWh/day and end-of-stay cleaning (EURO70) are extra. Private parking is available and a deposit of EURO500 is required.
