Ideal for families or small groups of up to 4 guests, the home features a large enclosed garden, perfect for children to play and adults to relax or dine outdoors. Inside, you’ll find a living room, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, 4-ring gas hob, and a large fridge, plus a bathroom with shower. A washing machine is available in the outdoor kitchen, and entertainment includes a DVD player and radio—guests are welcome to bring their own DVDs. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement, making this a great option for animal lovers. The peaceful setting offers a true escape, yet remains close to exciting events: on 9 July, the Tour de France time trial takes place in Caen (60 km), and on 10 July, the finish stage is in Vire (20 km)—a perfect base for cycling enthusiasts. Whether you're here to unwind or cheer on the peloton, this forest retreat offers a refreshing Normandy experience.

Tips from owner:
Every thursday-evening we have a 'chambre d'hotes, it's possible to dine with the owner and enjoy a good glass of wine together....., Iit's alsoo possible to prepaire a hot meal in our outdoor-kitchen and enjoy the sun going down, When the wheather is not as good as you might have wished, it's possible to do a course of painting on glass and porcelaine, you design your own glass, breakfast plate and cup and saucer
