This heritage 1-bedroom cottage is in Saint-Jean-de-Sauves. It is ideal for a family and can accommodate 4 guests. Dine out at the nearest restaurant, just 10 km from the stay. Play a friendly match with your loved ones at the tennis court, only 3 km from the property. The local grocery stores are 3 km from the cottage in case you are out of your essentials. You can relish a delicious platter of barbecue with your family in the furnished garden (shared). The cottage offers a cot, play equipment and a high chair for the little ones to enjoy. A wood stove is in place for your comfortable stay. Parking is provided on the premises for a hassle-free stay. You can bring 1 pet, for a nominal charge, to stay. The house is only heated by a gas stove. During the winter months (October to April inclusive) you pay extra for this; this is settled in the service costs that you pay in advance. The accommodation is not heated in any other way. The wood stove provides sufficient heating for the entire accommodation. You can park your car on the spacious car park adjacent to the garden and accessible through the garden gate. You can transport your luggage to and from the car with the cart. You can check-in from 4-6 PM and check-out from 9-10 AM.
