This child-friendly and spacious villa is located on a 1,000 m² fenced property at the end of a cul-de-sac in a peaceful residential area near Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël. With a private swimming pool and stunning views, it offers a relaxing getaway for families. The garden features a dedicated children's play corner with a swing, seating area, and boules court, ensuring fun for all ages. The location is ideal for beach lovers and explorers alike. You're only 10 minutes from the sandy beaches, a water amusement park, and a zoo. The charming seaside resort of Fréjus also offers Roman ruins, a bustling boulevard, shops, cafés, and a harbour. A scenic boat trip to glamorous Saint-Tropez is also within reach. Inside, the home boasts a modern American kitchen with a bar, opening directly to the pool area. Two comfortable bedrooms on the ground floor each have their own bathroom. Outside, enjoy alfresco dining under the covered terrace with a large table and gas barbecue. Due to the central location of our villa, at the border of the beautiful nature reserve Esterel you can make the most beautiful hikes directly from the garden. Also a spectacular view over the Esterel mountains is a great asset. The most beautiful spots of the Cote d'Azur are close by for example The beaches of Cannes, the cozy village St Tropez and of course the fashionable little country of Monaco are easy to reach.
But also the Roman town of Frejus itself is worth a visit, on Sunday morning you will find on the boulevard from Port Frejus to st Raphael one of the nicest and largest flew markets of the entire Cote d'Azur.
