Array Located in the heart of Deauville's famous marinas and completely renovated, this superb apartment will delight you with its terrace overlooking the Deauville marina, as well as its contemporary decor. The location is idyllic for those wishing to enjoy the charm of Deauville while remaining peaceful (a 5-minute walk from the town center and the casino). Arranged as a triplex (3 levels) and with a maximum capacity of 6 people, the apartment is composed as follows: - On the lower level: A beautiful living room equipped with a Smart TV, opening onto a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the marina and the casino; A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) opens onto a dining area that can accommodate 6 guests. On the first level: - A first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) overlooking the marina's interior courtyard; - An open bedroom area with a high-quality Murphy bed (real 160 x 200 cm mattress); - A walk-in shower room. On the second level: - An attic bedroom equipped with a king-size bed (180x200cm), as well as a shower area. Please note: access is via a slightly steep staircase.
