The kitchenette is equipped with hotplates, fridge, microwave, filter coffee machine, and kettle ideal for preparing easy meals between beach outings. A separate bedroom with a double bed provides a quiet place to rest, while the mezzanine sleeping area adds a playful and adaptable space, with either bunk beds or twin beds depending on the layout perfect for children or friends. The bathroom includes a shower and WC, keeping everything functional and convenient. Step outside and you’ll find your own terrace of around 25 sqm, an inviting space for morning coffee, casual meals, or simply enjoying the warm coastal air.
