Located on the ground floor of a superb villa, this approximately 70 m² space can accommodate up to 6 people and features a private terrace and a parking space. The living area consists of a bright living room with a sofa bed (140 cm sofa bed) and a television, as well as a dining room West-facing dining room. The separate, fully equipped kitchen offers dining options and provides access to the outdoors. A hallway leads to a bathroom and separate toilet, while two semi-buried bedrooms, both facing east, each offer a 140 cm bed and a closet or wardrobe.
