97 km southwest of Turku, to the sea / beach approx. 15 m. The beach is dredged, one has to go swimming from the pier, own beach line of 190 m, pier, rowing boat.

Log cottage 2015, ground floor 30 m² + loft's floor area 20 m² (highest point 160 cm high).
In the cottage there is living room-kitchen, sauna (wood-burning stove), shower / toilet (toilet is electric eco-toilet with freezing mechanism), sleeping loft with 4 beds, terrace. There is no fireplace.

Air source heat pump (can be used for cooling also).

Note! If you have a pet with you, please book additional service "Pet fee" 25 euros / pet.

The resort has good fishing opportunities, but please note that net fishing is not possible.

Note! Final cleaning covers basic cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, wiping the surfaces). However, the booked final cleaning does not cover dish-washing, returning table and cookware to their original place or garbage removal. Clients must also remove empty bottles and cans from the property and return any moved furniture to their original place. Any food must be taken away or to the waste disposal point. There are certain designated places for cleaning the fish, and fishes must not be cleaned inside the cottages or on their terraces. If after your booking there needs to be cleaned more than is included in the price, then the owner is entitled to charge extra for cleaning.

It is difficult to find more genuine experience of archipelago than Houtskär!
This archipelago commune consisting of 700 islands of different size with 570 inhabitants during winter. In summer, the dwellers multiply and make the villages quaint and lively. You can reach the cottage by car, but there are three ferry trips along the way.

Kärki (Peak) cottage is located near a village called Näsby, which becomes the most lively summer center with its shops, guest harbor and restaurants.

For rent: 2,5 hp engine (Yamaha). Rent is 90 euros. There is also deposit payment of 350 euros, which will be returned after holiday when engine is at the same condition as it was when it was received. Customers pay gasoline according to use.
