You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 100 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 3040 m² natural site. Situated 250 m from the sea. Situated 6000 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 17000 m. Furthermore the house has a 30 m² covered terrace. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Slide. Football goal.Fire place. Outdoor shower. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3,8 m wide, 6 m long and it is up to 1,55 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot. There is floor heating in the swimmingpool area.

Das Haus (Baujahr 2025) hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Es ist groß, sämtliche Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden und der Strand ist auch nicht weit weg. Die Bahn angrenzend stört nicht wirklich.

We recently stayed at this summer house and unfortunately our experience was mixed. Upon arrival, we noticed that the house had not been cleaned thoroughly. The barbecue was dirty, there were empty beer cans left on the terrace, and we found dog hair and dust on the dining table. This was disappointing and not the standard we expected. The swimming pool was quite cold, especially for young children and babies. There was also sand in the jacuzzi,l and on the third day of our visit, the jacuzzi stopped working completely. We contacted for assistance, but unfortunately no solution was provided, and we were unable to use it for the remainder of our stay. There is a music system in the swimming area, but it only connects to Apple devices. Additionally, the speakers did not function consistently.. sometimes the music would play, and sometimes it would not. During our stay, the outdoor temperature was around 12°C. Inside the house it was very warm, sometimes too warm. We were unable to adjust the thermostat to a lower temperature, which felt uncomfortable and seemed like unnecessary energy use. On a positive note, the railway line behind the house caused very little disturbance, and the surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is practical and well-equipped. Overall, while the house has potential and some good features, several issues affected our overall experience.
