In 2022 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2283 m² garden site. Situated 20 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 5000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 8000 m. A terrace belongs to the holiday home. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Das Haus ist gemütlich und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ein Traum. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und kann jederzeit einfach an den Strand. Es braucht keinen Luxus um zu entspannen.

Wenn man den Berg runter fährt auf die Bucht zu,fühlt es sich wie zu Hause ankommen an. Wir hatten das Haus wegen unseres Hundes ausgesucht,der sehr viel Platz draußen und drinnen hatte.Leider verstarb er vor sechs Wochen. Nun sind wir allein dort hin gefahren mit vielen alten Erinnerungen aus den letzten Jahren und konnten es durch die Ruhe und Schönheit dieses Fleckchen Erde sehr genießen. Für zwei Personen ist es eigentlich viel zu groß,die drei Schlafzimmer sind alle gut eingerichtet,aber wir mögen es so sehr,das es perfekt für uns ist. Bei acht Personen wird es im Bad zu eng,das wäre nichts für uns.
