Incredibly nice newly built cottage for 5 sleeps, located on a large natural plot, approx. 1800 meters from the beach. The house appears bright and lovely with an open floor plan with living room and kitchen-dining room in one, large glass sections with sliding doors from which the entire natural grounds can be enjoyed from the house. Enter through the house's living room, from which there is a wardrobe corner. Bright and lovely kitchen that appears with all comforts such as dishwasher, microwave, built-in oven, ceramic hob and fridge/freezer combination. The kitchen is in an open connection with the dining area with a view to the built-in stove, and the living room with television and wireless internet, Smart TV, Google Chrome Cast and Sona's speakers. The house has 2 spacious bedrooms: DB + 2B/DB and a loft. Master bathroom with a shower, toilet, laundry arrangement and washer-dryer. From the bathroom there is access to the sauna house with a view out, as well as access to a covered terrace with a large outdoor spa and outside shower. Shelter. The entire house appears with underfloor heating. Heat pump. Wooden terrace flush with the house. Swing frame. Campfire site. Lovely natural grounds with a trampoline, a large lawn that invites you to play ball and play. Smoking is not allowed! The house is allowed with one dog! The dog must not get into the furniture or the bed. Gas for the gas grill must be provided by the tenant himself. There is a large bottle, but we cannot guarantee that it will be filled up.
