Cozy cottage for 4 people, located approx. 300 meters from the beach. The house has undergone a major renovation inside and out in 2020 and 2021. The cottage is located on a lovely hilly dune plot, where there is also a raised terrace with a wilderness bath. There is also a nice, large and unobtrusive terrace around the house, as well as several cozy nooks on the grounds. Entrance is through the house's kitchen, which contains a dishwasher, an oven, a micro-oven, and a fridge (the freezer is in the utility shed). The kitchen is in open connection with the cozy living room, where there is a wood-burning stove and air conditioning, there is a large TV and there is wireless internet access. From the living room you enter a really cozy dining room, where there is a nice amount of light. There is access from both the living room and dining room to the terrace. There are 2 bedrooms: DB + DB and wardrobes, a nice large bathroom with shower, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Smoking inside the house is not allowed. In the tool shed there is firewood for free use, as well as cushions for garden furniture. There is a barbecue on the terrace. 2 small dogs are allowed (max. height 30 cm), but cats are not.
