Nostalgic little summer house located on a small hilltop in Vejers Sydstrand.

The house contains, There is an entrance to the house through the house's conservatory, where the house's sauna is also. From the conservatory you come across a corridor with wardrobe space.  2 bedrooms: DB + 2B. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Newly renovated bathroom (2020) bathroom with wide shower, toilet, and washing arrangement. 1 master bedroom with double beds and wardrobe space. Utility room with washing machine and dryer and private charging opportunities for electric cars.

The house's living room has a fireplace, TV with satellite(plus Danish channels). There is panoramic windows to the south and west from which there is nice lighting coming in, the floors are with laminate coating, there is a small dining nook with a round dining table with room for 4 people. From the living room there is access to a lovely wooden terrace with nice garden furniture. From the living room there is access to the kitchen, which has a stove, oven, integrated dishwasher and a fridge with a small freezer. A small dog is allowed (max 40 cm)

There is a lovely area included, which is covered with pine trees with many cozy play corners for the children. The house has several laid-out wooden terraces where you can enjoy the day in sun or shade. The house is located 5 min. from the sand dunes that brings you down to Vejers South Beach.

Built in 1959, the house is continuously maintained.
