Very nice newly built activity summer house in Vejers Strand for 8 expectant guests.

The summer house offers 171 m2 of wonderful atmosphere, with good comfort and activities for the whole family all year round.

The outside facilities offer a lovely large partly covered terrace, where the evenings can be extended and enjoyed well into the spring/autumn. The covered part is 30 m2. In connection with the covered terrace, there is an outdoor jacuzzi and sauna as well as an outdoor shower which can be used in the summer. The summer house is located on a 2288 m2 large plot with good parking conditions.

All the glory is a few minutes' drive from the center of Vejers, which offers several restaurants, a pizzeria, 2 grocers, a drip cookery with ice cream and soft ice cream and more.

The summer house: Entrance hall with plenty of space for the wardrobe and extra storage. From the entrance area you continue to the hallway, which leads to both of the house's bathrooms, the house's first bedroom and activity room. From the activity room there is an entrance to another bedroom. One bathroom has a washing machine and dryer. From the hallway you enter a large kitchen-dining room and living room in one. The room is bright and nice with good windows and access to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts such as a dishwasher, microwave, hob, hood and fridge/freezer with 8 drawers. Large dining table with room for 8 guests. Nice living room with television with Google Chromecast and wireless Internet access. The Danish TV programs are streamed via Google Chromecast. From here there is access to a lovely terrace environment. Under the covered terrace, there is an outside jacuzzi and sauna. The day can be enjoyed from morning to evening on the large partially covered terrace. From the living room there is access to the remaining 2 other bedrooms. All 4 bedrooms: DB + DB + DB + DB.

In the activity room, there is a pool table and table tennis table, where young and old can romp around.

The house is heated with underfloor heating in all rooms. The underfloor heating is driven by a large heat pump and thus low energy consumption for the heat. There is an extra charge for water. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Year of construction 2022.

All the glory is located within walking distance to the nearest restaurant and a grocery store. Furthermore, there is a short distance to the city's mini golf course. The house is close to a large forest and nature area by Aarrild lake, where the wild game can be experienced up close. Here there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the tranquility of the forest on a run or a walk, and throughout the autumn the forest floor offers many edible mushrooms.

The house has a Weber gas grill, where the homeowner makes gas available to the house's guests.
