This cozy and tastefully decorated summer house is located on a 2000 m2 well-maintained and leveled plot.

The plot is partly surrounded by large trees and is only approx. 1500 meters from the beach and access to restaurants, mini golf and shopping within approx. 300 meters. Short distance to the forest.

The summer house has room for 5 people and offers a modern and up-to-date interior. The house is not wheelchair accessible.

The house is heated via a fireplace, electric heat pump or electric radiators.

There is an open kitchen in connection with the living room, where there is a nice amount of light through skylights in the roof. From the living room there is direct access to a covered terrace and exit to the terrace on the north side of the house. In the living room there is a fireplace, smart TV with Google Chrome cast, satellite dish and DR TV.

The kitchen contains a stove/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

There are three bedrooms: DB + DB + 2B, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes and blackout curtains.

Lovely large bathroom with shower cabin, as well as direct access to the sauna. In the bathroom there is floor heating, washing machine, dryer and towel dryer.

There is always the possibility of finding a sheltered cozy nook in the garden, as there is a large newly built terrace on both the north and south sides of the house. The outdoor area is well equipped with garden furniture.

There is good opportunities for playing and ball games in the outdoor area, which is mainly laid out with grass and a swingset. The parking area is covered with gravel.

Gas grill for free use. To be cleaned by tenant after use.

The cushions for the garden furniture are in the tool shed.

Smoking in the house is not allowed.

The house was built in 1974, and completely renovated in 2002 and is continuously maintained.

The house is cleaned by the owner.
