Living room with wood-burning stove, wireless internet, television and satellite dish (no Danish programmes). Heat pump. Garden room. Bathroom with shower/wc. 3 bedrooms: DB + DB + 2B. Washing machine, dryer and sauna are located in the annex 10 meters from the house. Terrace. Pets are not allowed - with the exception of one small dog! Please note: the dog must not be in the furniture or the beds. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Year of construction 1955, renovated 2010. Extra charge for water consumption.
