Bathroom with shower/wc and washing machine, 1 of the bathrooms has floor heating, 4 bedrooms: DB + DB + 2B + 2B. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. Guest toilet with shower. Alcove in living room, heat pump, closed wooden terrace. Grill , Pets are not allowed - with the exception of one small dog! Please note: Cats are not allowed. Wireless internet access. Smoking is not allowed. Year of construction 1995, renovated 2012/2023.
