Lovely summer house for 6 people, situated on a scenic plot with a view of the small lake, approx. 1000 meters from the beach. The house is located close to the forest and a cycle path that goes all the way up to Filsø and Henne Strand. The area is rich in wild game which can be enjoyed in the surrounding terrain.

The house contains.: The entrance to the house is through the kitchen, from here it leads into a utility room with washing machine and dryer and a small guest toilet with sink and toilet. The kitchen is in an open connection with the living room. The lovely living room has a wood-burning stove, 65" Smart TV, DR programs and satellite dish. Wireless internet. There is a newly established loft (with a box mattress 140 cm wide) where you can take a midday nap or a nice cozy nook for the children. The house has a air conditioning.  Open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, stove with oven and ceramic hob. Bathroom with shower/wc, spa and sauna. Guest toilet. 3 bedrooms: DB + DB + 2 bunk beds. Large enclosed terrace. to for the children there is a sandbox and a swing. Free fuel for the wood-burning stove. There are solar cells on the roof, whereby the guest has a saving in their electricity consumption. Access to Oksbøl Badeland in 2026. Year of construction 1991 and the house is continuously maintained.
