Very nice pool house of 182 m2 for 10 people, located on a lovely natural plot close to the forest area and the lake at Jafdalvej, approx. 900 meters from the beach. The house is located on a dead end road.

The house contains: New bright kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer combination. The kitchen is in open connection with the dining area and the living room. The living room is decorated in light Nordic colours. Living room with new fireplace, Smart TV and YouSee App, where the Danish programs can be streamed from. From the dining area you have a view of the pool room. 5 bedrooms: DB + DB + DB + DB + 2B. 4 good bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms with shower/wc. The plot borders the forest and bicycle path towards Filsø and Henne Strand. Near the house there is a large grass field, where wildlife often comes by. All the glory is located within walking distance to the nearest restaurant and a grocery store. Furthermore, there is a short distance to the city's mini golf course. The nearby forest area offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy the tranquility of the forest on a run or a walk, and throughout the autumn the forest floor offers many edible mushrooms.
