The summer house offers 187 m2 of beautiful atmosphere outside and inside, with good comfort for the whole family, big and small, all year round. The house is located about 1000 meters from the beach and close to a wooded area.

The outside facilities offer two large partially closed terraces, where the evenings can be extended and enjoyed well into the spring/autumn. The summer house is located on a nice large fenced plot with good parking conditions.

All the glory is a few minutes' drive from Vejer's town centre, which offers several restaurants, a bakery, a pizzeria, 2 grocers, a drop-in shop selling ice cream and soft ice cream, etc.

The cottage: Entrance hall with space for a wardrobe. The house has 2 lovely bathrooms with underfloor heating. The one bathroom also has a dryer, washing machine, sauna and spa with space for 2 people and is connected to the pool room. Kitchen in open connection with dining area and living room. The room is bright and nice with good light and entrance to the pool area. The pool has approx. 4,8 x 4,8 x 1.00 meters (length x width x depth) .The kitchen appears to be well equipped such as a dishwasher, microwave, hob, hood and fridge as well as a small freezer. Lovely living room with wood-burning stove, television, DVD, DAB radio, PlayStation, Stofa summer house package and wireless internet access. Pool room with lounge set. The house has a total of 4 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed (DS+DS+DS), 1 bedroom with a bunk beds (KS). A bed with the size of 180x200, 2 beds with the size of 140x200 and the bunk bed with the size of 1x with 90x200 and bottom with 150x200. The house is child-friendly in the form of a swing, sandbox, soccer goal and table tennis, which is covered outside. 2 partially enclosed terraces which are tiled. One terrace has a small roof. Gas grills are available in the summer. (You must brig your own gas)

The house is heated with underfloor heating, electric radiators, wood-burning stove and an energy-saving heat pump. Extra cost for water consumption. Smoking is not allowed. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought. Built in 1989, but renovated in 2005.
