Lovely, spacious, newer low-energy cottage for 8. The house is set back from the main road, within walking distance of Vejer's town center and close to the beach. The large plot of 1503 m2 is laid out in lawn with plenty of space for play and games, there are fruit trees in the backyard which is one of the favorite places for wild game.

The house contains: Large entrance hall, entrance with utility kitchen with washing machine and dryer, good wardrobe space. From the entrance hall you enter the large open living room with vaulted ceiling. Spacious kitchen with extractor hood, ceramic hob, built-in oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Dining area with a view of the garden. Sofa corner with TV, channels through the Stofa summer house package and wireless internet. 2 lofts, both with access from the living room. 4 bedrooms: DB + DB + DB + DB(140x200). In each sleeping area, there is access through a corridor with good wardrobe space to 2 large bathrooms. The bathrooms both have a shower, toilet and washing arrangement. One bathroom has access to a sauna, the other bathroom has a corner spa.

The house is heated with geothermal energy, therefore there is a low energy consumption. Pets are allowed, a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Cats and smoking are not allowed in the house. Water consumption is billed extra.
