A steep ladder takes the little ones up to the Hems - a half-height loft - ideal for creating their own little children's kingdom. You live on 120 square metres of living space on a 2,400 square metre plot in the middle of nature. From here it is only 400 metres to the beach and you can quickly reach the grocery store and ice cream kiosk.

Layout: Large entrance hall with washing machine and tumble dryer. Spacious, light-flooded living room with beautiful dining table, cosy sofa set, integrated kitchen and access to the two beautiful terraces. A total of 3 bedrooms: one with a large double bed, plenty of wardrobe space and access to its own bathroom, one with a double bed and also plenty of wardrobe space and one with 2 single beds. Good to know: Outside, you have two terraces with a view, sheltered from the wind, and with outdoor shower. The hot tub is well nestled in a small hollow.
