You live on 72 square metres of living space spread over 2 floors. The house is situated on a slightly hilly 3,400 square metre natural plot and you have various beautiful terraces with very good wind protection at your disposal.

Layout: Entrance hallway with space for wardrobe. Cosy, bright living room furnished in Scandinavian style with lots of wood, open-plan kitchen, dining area and good wood-burning stove. A total of 2 bedrooms, all on the 1st floor. One with 3 single beds and one with a double bed and access to the wonderful south-west-facing balcony - from here you can look out over the vast dune landscape and have each of the spectacular sunsets all to yourselves. Beautiful bathroom with shower cubicle - you will find another small bathroom in the outbuilding / annex. The washing machine is also here.
