They particularly like the small football goal, the shelter for sleeping outside, the tennis net and the cute little playhouse. Everyone enjoys the large fire bowl with barbecue grill. The North Sea beach is only 700 metres away. Here you live on 105 square metres and have a 2,800 square metre natural plot at your disposal. The wonderful south-facing terrace with beautiful wooden flooring and great garden furniture is partly covered and even has a radiant heater. So you can sit outside more often.

Layout: Entrance hallway. Bright living room with open-plan kitchen, beautiful dining table, wood-burning stove and access to the terrace. A total of 3 bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a large double bed, two on the first floor, one with a large double bed and one with 4 single beds.
