This cosy summer house, with 75 m² of living space, is set amidst a beautiful dune landscape, just 500 meters from the roaring North Sea. Here, you can enjoy your holiday surrounded by peace and freedom, accompanied by the sounds of nature and the scent of the sea.

The house stands on a hilly natural plot of 1,800 m². Several terraces around the house provide a sheltered spot at any time of day – whether you prefer sun, shade, or wind protection – completely undisturbed and with a sense of privacy.

Bright, Inviting, and with a Beautiful View

Inside, a lovingly furnished house welcomes you, with decor perfectly suited to the style and atmosphere. The open kitchen with the dining and living area serves as the natural meeting point of the house – meals are prepared here, games are played, and cozy evenings are spent. From the sofa in the living room, you can enjoy a wonderful view over the dunes to the west – the ideal spot for a cup of coffee or simply to relax after a day at the beach.

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a small hallway, and a lovely bathroom with underfloor heating. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where two additional rooms are furnished – one with two single beds and another with a double sofa bed. This is the perfect retreat for children or teenagers.
