On the 2,397 square metre planted lawned plot there is good wind protection, large terraces and a car park. Particularly beautiful: To the west is a small dune from which you can see the sea.

Layout: Entrance hallway with washing machine, tumble dryer, cupboards and a worktop with sink. Beautiful living room with wood-burning stove and a south-facing panoramic window. Open connection from the living room to the kitchen and dining area with access to the terrace. In the kitchen you have a large work surface, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and plenty of storage space.

A total of 3 bedrooms all with double beds. One on the east side of the house, here is also the large bathroom with sauna. Another on the west side, here is another bathroom with shower. The third bedroom is off the dining area.

You have several beautiful terraces at your disposal. A tiled walkway runs all the way round the house. Sitting outside with something tasty on the barbecue and the sound of the North Sea as background music ... marvellous.
