Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 95 m² and is build in 1960. In 2003 the holiday home was renovated. In 2025 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. There is floorheating in the living room. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 970 m² garden site. Situated 20 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2200 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Outdoor shower. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). 3 of these sleeping accommodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is floor heating in the kitchen.

There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.

Lage des Hauses sehr toll.Ausstattung des Hauses ,besonders das Sofa , sollte erneuert werden.

Wir haben wunderschöne 10 Tage Anfang März in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht, welches sauber und gut ausgestattet ist. Was uns besonders gefreut hat war, dass wir in ein vorgeheiztes Haus einziehen durften. Um die Energiekosten zu reduzieren, haben wir den Kamin benutzt. Zwar hatten wir wunderschönes Wetter, aber die Temperaturen liessen keine Besuche auf einer der vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten außerhalb des Hauses zu. Gaststätten haben wir allerdings nicht entdeckt, aber es gibt ja einen gut sortierten Einkaufsmarkt in der Nähe (ca. 2 km).

Vi havde en fantastisk ferie med familien. Så lækkert at kunne gå direkte ned til stranden og børnebørnene elsket det. Vi nød at sidde og kigge ud over vandet. Sommerhuset var hyggeligt med masser af sjæl.
