The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 20 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 219 m² natural site. Situated 5 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2900 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Outdoor shower. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 of these sleeping accommodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators. There are 2 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom.

General:
Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Besonders praktisch war die Schlüsselbox direkt am Haus, wodurch die An- und Abreise sehr flexibel gestaltet werden konnte. Das Haus war insgesamt sauber und gut ausgestattet. < br /> < br />Wer mit mehreren Personen reist, sollte wissen, dass der Wohnbereich etwas kompakter ausfällt, als die Fotos vermuten lassen. Für vier Personen kann es bei gemeinsamen Fernsehabenden etwas eng werden. Auch die Ferienhäuser stehen dichter beieinander, als es auf den Bildern der Umgebung den Eindruck macht. < br /> < br />Die Lage in Strandnähe ist sehr angenehm und bietet eine gute Ausgangsbasis für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit.
