Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 88 m² and is build in 1936. In 1993 the holiday home was renovated. In 2021 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 75 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1242 m² garden site. Situated 5 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2500 m away. A 70 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet with shower and 2 toilets.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. 1 Smart-TV.1 Apple TV. No TV channels - only streaming. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420,- will be charged.

General:
Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit einer phänomenalen Aussicht. Die Farben am Himmel, wenn die Sonne morgens aufgeht sind einfach traumhaft. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr schön und entspricht auch den auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut, nicht nur aufgrund der Nähe zum Wasser sondern auch was Einkaufen und Ausflüge betrifft. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, wer Ruhe sucht ist hier absolut richtig! Man hört nichts, außer dem Meeresrauschen. Was das Inventar betrifft, haben wir im Grunde nichts vermisst. Was jedoch verbessert werden könnte, das wären Nachtleuchten in den Schlafräumen und vielleicht eine kleine Lampe im Wohnzimmer für gemütliches Licht. Ansonsten hat uns die Einrichtung und auch Dekoration sehr gefallen, auch die Couch und der Esstisch waren schön groß und die Betten bequem. Das Nebengebäude haben wir nicht genutzt, ist aber sehr schön für 2 weitere Personen, jedoch wäre dort vielleicht noch ein TV sinnvoll. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön und gepflegt und was wirklich top war, sind die sehr guten Gartenmöbel und die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten auf den verschiedenen Terrassen. Der Strand ist wirklich toll mit feinem Sand und Dünen. Der Service von Sonne und Strand war top und der Kontakt sehr freundlich. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Ein Haus mit einem sagenhaften Ausblick, hervorragend eingerichtet ( bis auf das Nudelsieb), bequemen Betten und der Möglichkeit, sich rund um das Haus, mit der Sonne wandernd, einfach nur wohl zu fühlen.
