Holiday home suitable for 10 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 134 m² and is build in 2009. No pets allowed. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1520 m² natural site. Situated 225 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4350 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 18500 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in single beds. 4 sleeping places on mattresses. 4 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

General:
Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr schön und super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen ,das weiß man aber vorher ,wenn man das Haus bucht .Die Ausstattung ist toll. Ein kleines Manko ist der Kühlschrank, der ständig beim öffnen und schließen verrutscht und daher manchmal nicht richtig schließt. Und die Dunstabzugshaube ,da muss man aufpassen ,das man sich nicht den Kopf stößt. wie gesagt ,sonst alles TOP. Gerne wieder
